Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for international and U.S. students.
  2. Must be a high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate and graduate award.
  3. Must possess an active general class or higher amateur radio license.
  4. Must reside in the area of the ARRL Northwestern Division (Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Washington).
  5. Must study engineering, medicine, science, or business.
  6. Preference will be given to applicants who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the academic year immediately prior to application (high school or college).

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This scholarship is open to U.S. and international licensed radio amateurs (general class or higher) who reside in the area of the ARRL Northwestern Division (AK, ID, MT, OR, WA). Students must be studying engineering, medicine, science, or business; preference will be given to students who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Additional Information: The Wilse Morgan WX7P Memorial ARRL Northwestern Division Scholarship is available for licensed radio amateurs in the ARRL Northwest Division. To be considered, applicants must be studying engineering, medicine, science, or business and must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Recipients are typically notified by mid-May by USPS mail and email.

Award Amount: $2,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,000.
