Number of Awards & Eligibility: Three awards offered annually, one each to the School of Computing, the School of Engineering, and the Department of Building Construction Management.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Must meet admission requirements and be accepted to the University of North Florida (UNF).
  4. Must be a declared major in one of the undergraduate degree programs of the UNF School of Computing, the UNF School of Engineering, or the UNF Department of Building Construction Management.
  5. Must be enrolled as a college junior or senior.
  6. Must enroll full time.
  7. Must have a UNF grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Description: This scholarship is available to U.S. college juniors and seniors attending the University of North Florida and majoring in a program offered by the UNF College of Computing, Engineering & Construction. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Additional Information: The University of North Florida's College of Computing, Engineering & Construction is proud to offer this scholarship sponsored by The Haskell Company. The Haskell Company is among the foremost design-build organizations in the U.S.A. and provides complete planning, architectural, engineering, construction, program management, real estate, financing and facilities management services on a single-responsibility basis. Scholarship recipients must: maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or higher; remain in good standing as a student; comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus; and consent to release grades to the Division of Institutional Advancement for the purpose of reporting to the donor.

Award Amount: $1,800 annually, renewable.The amount of the award will be determined by the fund manager, but it cannot exceed the maximum cost of tuition, books, campus housing, meal plan, transportation and miscellaneous expenses, as reflected in the annual "Cost of Education" budget prepared by the UNF Financial Aid Office.Current recipients may apply for renewal and will be given preference pending availability of funding and if the applicant continues to meet all selection criteria and responsibilities. No student will be eligible to receive more than four semesters of scholarship support.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $5,400.
