  1. Must be current New York City public high school seniors who have been accepted to a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture program
  2. Must be a high school senior

Description: The purpose of the Walter A. Hunt, Jr. Scholarship is to promote and encourage the study of architecture by New York City public high school students through a two-year scholarship to supplement tuition and related costs during their freshman and sophomore years at a NAAB-accredited school of architecture in the U.S.

Application requirements for the Walter A. Hunt, Jr. Scholarship are:

  • Essay
  • Recommendation letter
  • Application form
  • Official Transcript
  • Digital Portfolio

Award Amount: Recipient will receive one time award of $10,000  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $10,000.
