Section C includes contact information for a person providing a letter of recommendation on the student's behalf. No other materials besides the application and letter of recommendation are required. Students who wish to apply for a grant of $500 or more must complete all sections of the application, including the section regarding the letter of recommendation. The student must also submit the following materials: a budget or other documentation of expenses; and a portfolio or samples of work, i.e. photos, tapes, video, etc. Please note: The required letter of recommendation is very important in evaluating the application.
