This award is available to Michigan resident undergraduate students who are attending independent, degree-granting Michigan institutions. Students must demonstrate financial need.
This award is for U.S. high school seniors, college sophomores/juniors/seniors, and graduate students who are majoring in agriculture, botany, city planning, conservation, ecology, forestry, horticulture, landscape design/architecture, or a related field. The student must be a resident of Florida and attend a Florida college, and must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
This award is available for undergraduate and graduate students in a master’s degree program who intend to study field botany during the summer semester. Preference is given to undergraduates.
This award is available for students above the high school level wishing to pursue summer study in environmental issues. Applicants who are not New Jersey residents must study in New Jersey. Residents of New Jersey may apply to study anywhere in the United States.
This award is for U.S. undergraduate and graduate students with a concentration field of study in science, production or conservation of energy or natural resources. The Workforce Shortage Student Assistance Grant (WSSAG) program is for students who plan on working in specific career/occupational programs upon graduation. Eligible fields include: child care, human services, teaching, nursing, physical and occupational therapy, social work, and public service.
The GCFM Horticulture Scholarship is awarded to college juniors and seniors or graduate students who are legal residents of the State of Maine and not related to a GCFM Board Member. (College sophomores are eligible as they will be entering their junior year the following fall.) The Scholarship recipient is invited to attend the GCFM Annual Meeting and Awards luncheon at the State Convention held in June.
This scholarship is available for international and U.S. high school seniors and current undergraduate students who plan to major in or are majoring in education. Current college students must be members of Phi Delta Kappa International.
