Number of Awards & Eligibility: Eight scholarships will be awarded.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a United States or canadian citizen.
  2. Must be available to graduating high school seniors, undergraduate or graduate students that have applied or will be enrolled in an accredited college, university or technical school.
  3. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Application requirements for the Anders Tjellström Scholarship are:

Additional Information: Scholarship applicants must be a Baha or Nucleus recipient, and also must be a citizen of the United States or Canada. It is available to graduating high school seniors, undergraduate or graduate students that have applied or will be enrolled in an accredited college, university or technical school. Scholarship applicants must receive a 3.0 GPA or above to apply for the scholarship. Cochlear employees or their family members are not eligible to apply.

Award Amount: Scholarship value is $2,000 per year for up to four years. To renew, you must maintain a 3.0 GPA. Scholarship is paid in annual installments upon completion of each year of study. Official transcripts must be received within 60 days of completion of the school year in order to receive payment (or no later than June 15th).  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $16,000.
