Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S students.
  2. Must be a first-time entering freshman.
  3. Must plan to enroll full time.
  4. Must plan to attend the University of Indianapolis.
  5. Must have an SAT combined critical reading/math score of 1200 or higher OR an ACT composite score of 29 or higher.
  6. Must have a grade point average of "A" or higher.
  7. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  8. Must attend university in Indiana.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is available to U.S. students who are planning to attend the University of Indianapolis as freshmen. Students must have a grade point average of "A" or higher and a combined critical reading/math SAT of 1200 or above or an ACT composite score of 29 or higher.

Application requirements for the University of Indianapolis Presidential Scholarship are:

Additional Information: University of Indianapolis academic scholarships and grants are awarded to full-time students regardless of financial need. With the exception of the Legacy Award, the highest award will take precedence over lesser awards. Depending on the amount awarded, some departmental and special interest awards may be added to the merit scholarships. Students must demonstrate a strong college preparatory curriculum and evidence of leadership potential. Top Distinguished Dean's Scholarship recipients are invited to an on-campus competition for the Presidential scholarship. Winners of a Presidential Scholarship will automatically void the Dean's Scholarship.

Award Amount: The scholarship is up to full tuition annually. Tuition is $30,888 per year for the 2020-2021 academic year. The scholarship is renewable for three additional years based on maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.3 or higher and full-time enrollment.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $30,888.
