Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Must be graduating from Princeton High School in New Jersey.
  4. Must be a female.
  5. Must pursue a career in an allied health profession.
  6. Must be a high school senior at time of application.

Description: U.S. female high school seniors who are graduating from Princeton High School in New Jersey are eligible for this award. Students must pursue a career in an allied health profession.

Application requirements for the Louise Maas Allied Health Professions Scholarship are:

Additional Information: The applicant must be a female graduating Princeton High School senior of good character and warm personality with a desire to pursue a career in the allied health professions. Allied health professionals are healthcare practitioners with formal education and clinical training who are credentialed through certification, registration and/or licensure. This is a competitive scholarship, and the recipient will be selected based on character, financial need and achievement.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable. The scholarship will be mailed directly to the institution where the student is enrolled on July 31.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.

Applications are available from the student's high school guidance office or online from the Princeton Area Community Foundation (PACF) website.In addition to the completed application, each student must submit a copy of her financial aid award letter, a copy of her acceptance letter from a college or vocational school, a personal statement reflecting her interest in an allied health profession career, two letters of recommendation, a high school transcript and any additional supporting materials she wishes to include.The student must also file the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) by the deadline date. The FAFSA is available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov, at high school guidance offices, and at college financial aid offices. The student is required to submit the SAR (Student Aid Report) which is generated upon completion and submission of the FAFSA.
