Number of Awards & Eligibility: Two awards offered annually per Delta Chi region. An average of nine awards are offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for international and U.S. students.
  2. Must be a male.
  3. Must be a member of Delta Chi.
  4. Must be a high school graduate or older to apply for this undergraduate award.

Description: This award is available for students who are members of Delta Chi fraternity. Students must attend the Undergraduate Inter Fraternity Institute (UIFI) seminar.

Additional Information: The Delta Chi Educational Foundation is proud to announce that it is offering scholarships to students who attend this year's sessions of the Undergraduate Inter Fraternity Institute (UIFI) seminar. UIFI is a 5-day principle-centered approach to creating change within a Greek community. UIFI offers participants the opportunity to explore, define, and enhance their leadership skills, personal awareness, commitment to their fraternity or sorority, and grow to expect values based action from themselves and those they lead. Scholarships are available for each Delta Chi Region.

Award Amount: $635 annually, non-renewable. This includes $495 for conference registration and up to $140 for travel-related expenses.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $5,715.

The application deadline date has not yet been finalized for this year, but is expected to remain the same as last year. The deadline date shown here is tentative based on last year's date. Please check back in December for a refreshed application deadline date. Applications are available online on the Delta Chi Educational Foundation website. In addition to the completed application, the student must submit a personal letter (no more than one page in length)as specified on the website, a letter of recommendation as specified on the website (optional), and a head and shoulders photo suitable for publication. The application and all supporting materials must be submitted to the address provided, and be received by the deadline date.
