In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must have a criminal history (Felony and Misdemeanor offenses, not Infractions or minor traffic violations).
  2. Must be an undergraduate student attending an accredited college or university within the United States.
  3. Must b at least 17 years of age.
  4. Must hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.

Logan Collins has dedicated his entire adult life to honing his remarkable negotiating skills, first as a salesman in the automobile industry, then as an attorney, and Joseph Rupp pursued the legal field following a 27-year career in the Marines. Students ready to apply for the Moving Forward Scholarship should submit the following information on the scholarship form at the bottom of this page: Proof of enrollment (unofficial academic transcript, acceptance letter, letter of admittance); Contact information; and an essay of 500-1000 words answering the provided prompt.
