Number of Awards & Eligibility: Three awards offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be currently enrolled in an occupational therapy educational program.
  3. Must be a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  4. Must enroll full time at an accredited college or university.
  5. Must be a resident of Wisconsin.
  6. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  7. Must attend a Wisconsin college or university.
  8. Must have completed at least one full year of occupational therapy coursework.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is available for U.S. college sophomores and/or graduate students who are residents of Wisconsin and who are currently attending a college/university in Wisconsin. Students must be members of the American Occupational Therapy Association and be pursing a career in occupational therapy.

Application requirements for the Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Scholarship are:

Additional Information: Applicants must demonstrate a need for financial assistance and have a sustained record of outstanding scholastic achievement. Students are considered for all scholarships for which they qualify, but may receive only one scholarship per year. Post-baccalaureate graduate degrees require a dissertation, thesis, special project, or research component.

Award Amount: Award amounts vary depending on the student's level of study. One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a student enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program in Wisconsin while pursuing a master's degree. Another $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a student enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy program in Wisconsin while pursuing an associate's degree. A $1,500 scholarship will be awarded to a post-professional student at the master's or doctoral level.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,166.
