Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually. Each student meeting the eligibility requirements will be considered for an award.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Must be a graduating high school senior to apply for this freshman year award.
  4. Must reside or attend high school in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
  5. Must plan to attend the University of Evansville in Indiana.
  6. Must have a grade point average of 3.7 or higher.
  7. Must have an SAT score of 1100 or higher OR an ACT score of 26 or higher.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: U.S. students who reside or attend high school in Vanderburgh County, Indiana and plan to attend the University of Evansville are eligible for this award. Students must demonstrate academic achievement.

Additional Information: Must be a high schieving student.

Award Amount: $1,500 annually, renewable for up to three years.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $6,000.

Applications are available online from the University of Evansville (UE) website. There is not a separate application for this award. Each student will be considered upon submission of an admissions application. In addition to the completed admissions application, the student must submit a completed high school counselor evaluation form, official high school transcripts, SAT/ACT scores, an essay on the specified topic, and a $35 application form. Applications must be submitted by the early action deadline of Dec. 1 for full scholarship consideration. Admissions applications received after this date may be considered if funding allows.
