Scholarships for High School Seniors for 2024-2025 2024 List
The Eleanor Tillquist Scholarship Fund is available for students who are attending Ventura College or CSU-Channel Islands or transferring from one of those schools to a four-year university. Applicants must be majoring in a medical field, must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, and must show a commitment to community service.
The Helen Mathilda Yunker Music Scholarship Fund is available for Ventura County residents who graduating high school seniors or currently enrolled at Ventura College. Applicants must be majoring in or planning to major in music.
The Katherine M. Wakelee Scholarship Fund is provided to female students in Ventura County, CA who are majoring in the physical sciences. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or enrolled at a Ventura County Community College at the time of application.
The Leo and Rita Vanoni Scholarship Fund is available for graduating high school seniors and community college students in Ventura County, CA who are majoring in agriculture. Applicants must have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher.
The Second Century Legacy Fund Scholarship is available for graduating high school seniors in Moorpark, California. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and must be planning to enroll full-time in an accredited four-year college or university.
This scholarship is open to U.S. students who plan to enroll at Missouri State University as incoming freshmen. Students must: rank in the top 50 percent of their class or have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher; and have demonstrated leadership in multicultural school or community activities or organizations. Students with disabilities and/or historically underrepresented populations are encouraged to apply.
This scholarship is open to U.S. students who plan to enroll at Missouri State University as freshmen. Students must have a class rank in the top 50 percent or a grade point average of 3.0 or higher AND an ACT score of 20 or higher or an SAT score of 1030 or higher. Students must also excel in three of the following areas: leadership; volunteerism; performing arts; athletics.
This award is available for high school seniors or college freshman under the age of 21 who have recently graduated from a high school in Duval County, Florida. Applicants must have a grade point average of 2.25 to 2.5 and demonstrate unmet financial need.
The Betty P. Cook Endowed Scholarship is available for residents of Nassau County, Florida who are enrolled at Florida State College at Jacksonville. Applicants must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher and demonstrate unmet financial need. This award is intended for students who are returning to school after an absence from education.
African American men between 17 and 25 years of age and planning to enroll at FSCJ for the first time are eligible for this award. Students must have and maintain a grade point average of 2.0 or higher and plan to attend classes on a full-time basis.
