Number of Awards & Eligibility: One scholarship offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This scholarship is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Must be a current high school sophomore, junior or senior.
  4. Must be 13 years or older.
  5. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Description: This essay scholarship is open to high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Application requirements for the Savor Summer College Scholarship are:

  • Essay
  • Recommendation letter
  • Application form
  • Official Transcript
Additional Information: The sponsor is looking for eligible applicants who follow directions and submit applications that are well-written and clearly and creatively address the topic. On or about July 7, a qualified panel of judges will select one (1) potential winner based on the criteria of writing ability (25%), creativity (25%), originality (25%), and overall excellence (25%).

Award Amount: $500 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $500.
