Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  2. Must be a high school senior or undergraduate student at the time of application.
  3. Must attend Cal-Poly, San Luis Obispo or Alan Hancock Community College.
  4. This award is for U.S. students.
  5. Must have been employed, or have a parent or legal guardian employed as a vineyard worker during the 2017 or 2018 agricultural season.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This scholarship is available for students who are enrolled at or planning to enroll at Cal-Poly, San Luis Obispo or Alan Hancock Community College. Applicants must have been employed, or have a parent or legal guardian employed as a vineyard worker during the 2017 or 2018 agricultural season.

Additional Information: Current directors or employees of the California Wine Grape Growers Foundation or their children are not eligible to apply.

Award Amount: $500 to $1,000  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
