In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Must enroll full time.
  4. Must be accepted to Olivet College in Michigan.
  5. Must be a high school senior or older.
  6. Must have a grade point average of 3.4 or higher and an ACT score of 22 or higher.
  7. Must attend a college or university in Michigan.

Additional Information: Olivet College offers various merit based scholarships to incoming students. Admissions decisions are based on a student's academic preparedness in terms of high school grade point average, ACT/SAT scores, participation in curricular and co-curricular activities, community service and personal character.

Award Amount: $14,000 annually, renewable for up to three additional years.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $56,000.

To apply, students must apply for admission to the Olivet College (OC). No separate scholarship application is required. Interested students must contact Olivet College Admissions by phone, e-mail, mail, or web site to request an application packet, or apply on line from the college website. There is a processing fee for paper applications. Students must also submit official high school and/or college transcripts and ACT or SAT test scores. Applications for admission to Olivet College are accepted throughout the year. Students are encouraged to apply early in fall of his/her senior year of high school.
