In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be SEAL/SWCC active duty service members, (support personnel on their second NSW tour) their spouses and dependent children, SEAL and SWCC Post-9/11 veterans, or Gold Star/Surviving Spouses and dependents.
