In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a full time student.
  2. Must be a U.S citizen or legal permanent resident.
  3. Must be a sophomore enrolled at an accredited university in the spring of 2021
  4. Must have at least a 3.2 GPA or higher.
  5. Must have an interest in real estate.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: The ICSC Foundation / PGIM Real Estate Scholarship awards $5,000 towards tuition, fees, books and supplies as well as a paid summer 2021 internship if eligible.

Application requirements for the ICSC Foundation/ PGIM Real Estate Scholarship are:

Additional Information: Benefits include: • $5,000 toward tuition, fees, books and supplies • Eligible for a paid summer 2021 internship plus sign-on bonus at PGIM Real Estate in either Madison, NJ, Atlanta, GA, or San Francisco, CA (see job description below) o If you meet financial criteria, you may be eligible for an additional summer internship grant from the ICSC Foundation of up to $1,000 to cover basic living expenses during the internship. • All-expenses paid trip to ICSC RECon, the global retail real estate convention in Las Vegas or a regional conference • Pairing with an industry mentor • Free ICSC student membership for duration of scholarship
