U.S. students who are members of a National Panhellenic Conference Sorority at a four-year college or university are eligible for this award. Students must reside in Pinellas County, Florida or attend college in Pinellas County, Florida.

Applicants must be a member of an underrepresented group in the registered nursing profession and maintain a grade point average of 2.75.
