Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  2. This award is for U.S. students.
  3. Must have a grade point average of 2.8 or higher.
  4. Must be enrolled in a nursing or allied health degree program.
  5. Must be a resident of Nassau County, Florida.
  6. Must be a high school graduate or currently enrolled in college at the time of application.
  7. Must attend Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ).
  8. Must have turned 21 years of age by Sept. 1 following the deadline date.
  9. Must maintain at least a part-time course load.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
