Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Must be a graduating high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate award.
  4. Must attend the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in New York.
  5. Must demonstrate financial need.
  6. Must plan to live on campus in a resident hall.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: U.S. graduating high school seniors or older students who attend or plan to attend CIA-NY, demonstrate financial need and plan to live on campus are eligible for this award.

Application requirements for the CIA On-Campus Housing Grant are:

  • FAFSA
Additional Information: An eligible student must live on campus in a resident hall and demonstrate financial need.

Award Amount: $1,000 to $2,400 annually, renewable for up to three years as long as the student continues to demonstrate financial need and live on campus.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $6,800.
