Number of Awards & Eligibility: Varies, all qualified applicants will be considered.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Must be accepted to Niagara University.
  4. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  5. Must have an SAT score (reading/math) of 1130 or higher or an ACT score of 23 or higher.
  6. Must be an incoming first-year freshmen.
  7. Must plan to enroll full-time.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is available to U.S. high school seniors who plan to attend Niagara University in New York. Students must have an average GPA between 3.0 - 3.5 and a SAT score (critical reading & math) of 1130 or higher or an ACT score of 23 or higher.

Additional Information: Niagara University offers a variety of scholarships and grants for incoming first year students. Scholarship levels are determined at time of initial enrollment and are not upgradable. Scholarship eligibility is based on a combination of high school grade point average and standardized test results (SAT or ACT). To qualify for a Niagara University Presidential Scholarship, students must have: 90% average with a 1050 SAT score (critical reading & math) (23 ACT); or an 85% average, 1120 SAT score (24 ACT).

Award Amount: $17,000 annually, renewable for three additional years provided the student maintains continuous enrollment and satisfactory academic progress.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $68,000.
