Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually based on the number of qualified applicants.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for international and U.S. students.
  2. Must be a full-time student.
  3. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  4. Must be a high school senior or undergraduate transfer student at time of application.
  5. Must plan to attend Lewis-Clark State College in Idaho for the first time.
  6. Must NOT be a resident of Idaho.
  7. Must attend a college in Idaho.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: High school seniors and transfer students who are not residents of Idaho and are planning to enroll at Lewis-Clark State College for the first time are eligible for this award. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and must plan to enroll full time.

Additional Information: These scholarships are intended for students seeking their first bachelor's or associate's degree. Students who already have a bachelor's degree are not eligible.

Award Amount: Tuition for Non-Idaho residents is approximately $20,238.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $20,238.

A separate scholarship application is not needed to apply for this scholarship. Students are considered based on their application for admission. Admission applications are available online from the LCSC website by clicking on the 'Prospective Students' link, then clicking on the proper link for his/her student status. Applications for admission are only accepted online. The student must be sure to submit all additional materials as required for his/her admission status (freshman, transfer, international). Please note: Transfer students with 14 or less transferable college credits should apply under freshman status (college transcripts will not be ignored). To receive priority consideration for this scholarship, the student must be tentatively admitted to Lewis-Clark State College (LCSC) by the priority deadline of March 1 for fall studies or Dec. 1 for early consideration.
